Job summary

CompHealth in Monterey, CA seeks an experienced ophthalmologist for a comprehensive ophthalmology role in a high-volume practice. Work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with no on-call, no nights, and no weekends, at a single on-site ASC with dedicated technicians and support staff. Immediate buy-in available with a private equity-backed group and a well-established patient base.

Salary ranges from $360,000 to $575,000 annually. We help negotiate salary and contracts and coordinate licensing.
