Job summary

Vantage Eye Center seeks a BC/BE comprehensive ophthalmologist to join our elite multispecialty practice in central California. Cases include cataracts with premium IOLs, MIGS, and retina injections; the team comprises 12 surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and front-office staff.

We operate a dedicated on-site ASC and optical shops in Monterey and Salinas, with a light call schedule and strong referral networks. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities available.

Overview

Vantage Eye Center has experienced steady practice growth over the last 30 years and has an amazing opportunity for a BC/BE comprehensive surgeon to join our elite multispecialty ophthalmology and optometry practice. Cases may include cataracts (with premium IOLs), MIGS, retina injections, etc. The team includes 12 surgeons, 6 optometrists, & dedicated technicians, scribes, and front office staff that treat a wide variety of eye disease including corneal disorders, diabetic eye diseases, cataracts, retina, oculoplastics, refractive, and glaucoma. We have over 50,000 patient visits and over 5,000 major surgical procedures each year; the call schedule is light at approximately 6 weeks per year.

Vantage Eye Center continues a long tradition of the best in eye care on the central California Coast. We are truly full service with our own on-site ophthalmology specific 2 room ASC as well as optical shops that are open Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00. With two locations in Monterey and another in Salinas, we value our reputation as the region's premiere center for comprehensive eye care and services. With doctors trained in the most-advanced medical & surgical techniques, Vantage Eye offers university-level eye care close to home.
