Job summary

Main Line Health's Lankenau Medical Center seeks an experienced OB/GYN Faculty Member to join our residency program. The role blends clinical care with resident education within a 25+ faculty team.

With a 16-resident cohort, you will precept, deliver lectures, and participate in curriculum development while providing high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid PA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care.
• At least two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal, delivery, postpartum care and surgeries.
• Participate in labor and delivery coverage and on-call responsibilities.
• Conduct outpatient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Serve as a preceptor for residents and mentor in clinical and surgical settings.
• Contribute to residency curriculum development and compliance with ACGME standards.
• Deliver educational sessions, lectures, case discussions, and simulations.
• Evaluate resident performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Engage in scholarly activities such as research and conference presentations.
