We are seeking a highly skilled OB/GYN physician to join our growing Women’s Multispecialty Ambulatory Center in Northeast Philadelphia. This position partners with a robust primary care and specialty team to provide comprehensive advanced women's health services to the local community.
Position Overview
- Join an established 4.5-FTE OB/GYN practice, expanding to integrate one additional full-time OB/GYN.
- Primary responsibilities performed at our new ambulatory facility, with potential rotations to the Red Lion Site in response to patient volume needs.
- Participate in a 1:6 call schedule, involving 24‑hour weekday on‑call duties, followed by a light administrative day post‑call.
- Perform minimally invasive surgical procedures, including laparoscopic techniques, D&C, and management of missed abortions.
- Utilize advanced robotic surgical systems for select operations.
- Manage a patient population where approximately 80% are low‑risk pregnancies, with a C‑section rate of 25–30%.
- Operate within a hospital featuring a Level II nursery.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team at the women’s multispecialty center, including specialties such as radiation oncology, breast surgery, cardiology, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.
- Employ Meditech EMR and state‑of‑the‑art office equipment for efficient clinical documentation and workflow.
- Commit to a Monday‑Friday schedule with shared weekend call obligations.
- Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a diverse, specialty‑inclusive environment.
- Provide full‑spectrum obstetric and gynecologic services, including both routine and complex cases, as well as surgical interventions.

Qualifications
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN (REQUIRED).
- Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility to obtain) (REQUIRED).
- Demonstrated experience in complicated deliveries, C‑sections, and robotics training (REQUIRED).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain) (REQUIRED).
- DEA registration (or willingness to secure prior to commencement) (REQUIRED).
- Willingness to engage in the 1:6 call rotation, inclusive of weekday 24‑hour on‑call coverage with post‑call administrative support.
Certification Requirements

- Active state medical licensure in Pennsylvania
Additional License Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of post‑residency OB/GYN experience
- Proven experience in managing complicated deliveries and performing C‑sections
- Training in robotics (Da Vinci Si/Xi system)
