**Location** MN, Perham **Specialty** OB/GYN **Visas Accepted** N/A **Practice Details** Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ob/Gyn physician for a fast growing practice in Perham, MN. * Perham, MN, clinic is open M-F, 8-5 * Call is 1 in 4, shared with Detroit Lakes OB/GYN (Sanford/Essentia) * Potential outreach to New York Mills clinic * Multispecialty group practice including family medicine, pediatrics, surgery, psychiatry, psychology * Service region of approximately 15,000 patients * Outreach specialties available include Urology, sleep, dermatology, podiatry, cardiology, oncology, and nephrology **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $339,965 - $439,955 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
