Barton Associates seeks an experienced OB Laborist for a 48-day inpatient assignment in Pennsylvania. The physician will cover a 24-hour on-call schedule from Thursday 7am to Monday 7am, handling deliveries and comprehensive obstetrical care with a small patient volume.

The role requires board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and inpatient obstetric care expertise. Travel-related expenses are covered and A-rated malpractice insurance is provided.

Formación

• Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Experience as an OB Laborist in inpatient settings.
• Ability to manage deliveries and comprehensive obstetrical care.

We are seeking an experienced Physician specializing in OB Laborist for an impactful 48-day assignment in Pennsylvania. This role involves a demanding schedule of Thursday 7am to Monday 7am, including 24-hour out-of-house call. The physician will primarily manage deliveries and provide comprehensive obstetrical care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 24-hour call coverage from Thursday 7am to Monday 7am
• Manage approximately 17 shifts per month
• Oversee deliveries and comprehensive obstetrical care
• Address rare DCNEs and CHISTs when necessary
• Manage a Level 1 nursery and facilitate transfers for high-risk patients
