Position Details

• Schedule: Four days of office and one weekday off per week
• Call Schedule: 1:5, one weekday per week and every 5th weekend
• Practice: Join Ascension Medical Group Ob/Gyn team with 4 experienced physicians and 1 Nurse Midwife
• EMR System: Athena and Cerner
• Facility: Ascension Alexian Brothers Medical Center
• Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
• Salary: $326,640.00 - $389,394.00

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical skills
• Participate in quality improvement efforts
• Manage patient referrals and hospitalizations as needed
• Participate in academic programs if requested
• Document appropriately and handle insurance denials
• Inpatient and outpatient consultation, including on-call duties

Requirements

• MD or DO license from Illinois
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ob/Gyn
• American Heart Association ALS preferred
