Duly Health and Care's Obstetrics and Gynecology Department is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Eligible OBGYN Physician to join our busy practices in Elk Grove Village and Elgin.

Position Details

• 1:2 OB Call Schedule and 1:3 GYN Call Schedule
• 1 Nurse Practitioner
• Deliveries and surgeries at Alexian Brothers, Sherman Hospital, St. Alexius Hospital
• Access to outpatient surgical center and in-office procedures
• Level III NICU with MFM and in-house anesthesia
• Epic EHR

Compensation and Benefits
