Foundation Medical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Neurologist to join our clinical team in New Hampshire. The role emphasizes comprehensive neurological care with electrophysiology and EMG expertise within a collaborative patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Eligible for or licensed in New Hampshire.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient evaluation and management of general neurological disorders.
• 36 clinical hours with 4 administrative hours.
• Perform and interpret EMG and nerve conduction studies.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of neurological conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR.
• Participate in call rotation as required.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and CME.
