Job summary

Capital Health's Department of Neurology seeks a full-time Headache Specialist to provide outpatient neurology services within the institute’s office practice. The physician will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including neurology, neurosurgery and neuropsychology across Capital Health Medical Group.

The ideal candidate will have an MD/DO, completed a neurology residency, fellowship in Headache Medicine, and be eligible for licensure in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree is required
• Completion of an ACGME-approved neurology residency
• Fellowship training in Headache Medicine is required or strongly preferred
• Eligible to obtain licensure in New Jersey; board certification (BC/BE) desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient general neurology services as part of the Capital Health Medical Group
• Collaborate with neurology, neurosurgery and neuropsychology teams and with primary care networks
• Participate in program development and expansion within Capital Institute for Neurosciences
