Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Network Recruiter to expand and manage a nationwide network of provider peer clinical reviewers, spanning Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and highly specialized fields. This role focuses on flexible, on-demand quality of care and utilization management work.

You will lead outreach, onboarding, and engagement, building a scalable network of providers and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2+ years of provider-facing experience in healthcare (health plan/provider relations or provider recruitment).
• Experience recruiting physicians across multiple specialties and subspecialties.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting hard-to-fill or highly specialized physician roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement physician sourcing strategies including digital outreach and campaigns.
• Recruit physicians across general and subspecialized fields to support quality of care needs.
• Maintain an active pipeline to ensure a scalable reviewer network.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective and current providers via phone and email.
• Negotiate market-specific rates ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
