Details:

1. 2,000 deliveries annually
2. 15-bed Level 2B NICU
3. Average 190+ NICU admissions annually (ADC 4.6)
4. Mother-baby census, ADC 102
5. Providers on weekdays dividing NICU, mother-baby unit, and LDR
6. 15 day shifts, 8 out-of-house night coverage (including 1 weekend) per month
7. Out-of-house coverage within 20-minute radius
8. Care for infants gestational age 30 weeks and older and birth weight greater than 1250 grams
9. Supervision and teaching of Family Medicine Residents
