Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a BC/BE Medical Oncologist to join a well-established program in Spokane, WA. You will work within a multidisciplinary team including medical, radiation and surgical oncologists, with opportunities for research and PI involvement.

Clinicians will provide high-quality, patient-centered cancer care with a focus on value and outcomes. FTE 1.0, Schedule Day M-F 8:05 AM start, Spokane location.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified/eligible at time of employment.
  • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment.
  • DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority documented.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive oncology care as part of a growing multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to research activities and opportunities to serve as a principal investigator.
  • Support high patient satisfaction and high-value oncology care across the system.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $490,000.00 - $591,400.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
