Job summary

MultiCare Health System seeks a Radiation Oncologist to join the premier Comprehensive Cancer Treatment Center in Washington. You will work within a strong, multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality cancer care, aiming for excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are board-eligible or board-certified in Radiation Oncology, licensed in WA, with DEA/NPI and prescriptive authority, plus current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Radiation Oncology.
• Graduate of an accredited medical school and residency.
• Licensed to practice in Washington State at time of employment.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Join a growing, multi-disciplinary team including radiation oncologists, medical oncologists and advanced practice providers.
• Provide high-quality radiation oncology care and contribute to patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $560,600.00 - $652,200.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
