Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Attending Physician to lead population health within our Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model. This role provides clinical leadership in client facilities and partners with Advanced Practice Clinicians to deliver high‑quality, team‑based care and professional client relations.

The position may include Medical Directorship duties in one or more facilities, with no on‑call shifts and no weekend work, supporting a sustainable work‑life balance.

Formación

• MD or DO required; board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if serving in a Medical Directorship capacity.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s); DEA registration as required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in post-acute, long-term care, or value-based care settings preferred.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (AthenaHealth preferred) and care coordination workflow.
