Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Mount Pocono, PA is seeking a Part-Time Medical Director to assess patients, create treatment plans, and adjust medications. You will collaborate with Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Clinical Director to ensure high-quality care across locations.

Requirements include BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine; Pennsylvania license (or ability to obtain); MD/DO welcome; Medicaid number or eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Be or BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine (Pennsylvania licensed).
• MD or DO welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive medical assessment.
• Aid in training for the Nursing staff.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and annually reviewing written medical procedures.
• Assist with the planning of medical services across assigned locations.
• Coordinate care with other patient care providers to ensure full continuum of care.

As a Physician/Medical Director you will be primarily responsible for assessing, creating treatment plans, and adjusting medications, etc. of patients. You will work with several partners (Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Clinical Director) within the organization to ensure patients receive the best care in our network.

Requirements:
