Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Part-Time Medical Director to oversee clinical care across our addiction treatment network.

The physician will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and guide medical protocols in collaboration with the Executive Director and Nursing Director. Responsibilities include comprehensive medical assessments, staff training, planning medical services across locations, and ensuring adequate staffing with coordinated care for all

Qualifications

• BE or BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain).
• MD and DO welcome to apply.
• Must have Medicaid number or be Medicaid eligible.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive medical assessment.
• Aid in training for the Nursing staff.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and annually reviewing written medical procedures.
• Assist with the planning of medical services across assigned locations.
• Ensure that medical staffing patterns are adequate, and patients receive full continuum of care by coordinating care with other patient care providers.

As a Physician you will be primarily responsible for assessing, creating treatment plans, and adjusting medications, etc. of patients. You will work with several partners (Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Clinical Director) within the organization to ensure patients receive the best care in our network.
