Concentra is seeking a Physician Medical Director for our Green Bay, WI location. We prefer candidates with experience in Occupational Medicine and/or Urgent Care or those interested in transitioning to Occupational Medicine.

The Center Medical Director supports clinical care delivery, ensuring optimal outcomes and compliance with our standards. Responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, and providing clinical coverage.

Hours & Location

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: 2920 Ramada Way, Green Bay, WI

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, mentorship, and demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical quality and patient experience.
• Maintain relationships with employers, payers, and the community to foster growth.
• Manage staffing needs and oversee clinical activities.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in Wisconsin.
• Unrestricted DEA license.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Preferred: 2+ years of relevant clinical and supervisory experience, experience in managed care.
