Responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, standard workflow management, and providing clinical coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and lead by example to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Lead healthcare management to ensure effective clinical outcomes, collaborating with therapists and specialists.
• Manage clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with supervisory requirements.

• Work with leadership to improve clinic operations continuously.
• Maintain relationships with clients and payers.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license.
• Unrestricted DEA and dispensing licenses (required before start).

• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
