Overview
Join us in Los Angeles, at the heart of Hacienda Heights Woodside Village! As a Center Medical Director, you will provide exceptional clinical care, support the Director of Medical Operations, and lead a team to deliver best-in-class care. This clinic operates Monday through Friday, with no weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, lead by example, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive clinical outcomes.
- Monitor clinical metrics to ensure quality outcomes.
- Manage clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with supervisory requirements.
- Create a collaborative and professional working environment.
- Work with the Director of Medical Operations to improve clinical practices.
- Utilize clinical systems efficiently for documentation, coding, and charge capture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Drive patient and client experience metrics.
- Communicate with employers regarding injuries and clinical changes.
- Participate in leadership meetings to improve quality and safety.
- Maintain relationships with clients and payers.
- Manage staffing levels and support staff development.
- Promote company values and foster a positive environment.
- Lead initiatives to meet financial and business goals.
Qualifications
Education and Credentials
- Graduate of an accredited medical program
- Board certification preferred
- Active and unrestricted California license
- DEA certification
- FMCSA NRCME certification (training provided if needed)
Experience & Skills
- Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or related fields preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
- Knowledge of occupational medicine requirements, OSHA, DOT regulations.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical systems.
- Ability to foster teamwork and a positive environment.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $265,763 to $330,744, depending on experience and location. Concentra is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants.
