Overview

Join us in Los Angeles, at the heart of Hacienda Heights Woodside Village! As a Center Medical Director, you will provide exceptional clinical care, support the Director of Medical Operations, and lead a team to deliver best-in-class care. This clinic operates Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct patient care, lead by example, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  2. Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive clinical outcomes.
  3. Monitor clinical metrics to ensure quality outcomes.
  4. Manage clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with supervisory requirements.
  5. Create a collaborative and professional working environment.
  6. Work with the Director of Medical Operations to improve clinical practices.
  7. Utilize clinical systems efficiently for documentation, coding, and charge capture.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Drive patient and client experience metrics.
  10. Communicate with employers regarding injuries and clinical changes.
  11. Participate in leadership meetings to improve quality and safety.
  12. Maintain relationships with clients and payers.
  13. Manage staffing levels and support staff development.
  14. Promote company values and foster a positive environment.
  15. Lead initiatives to meet financial and business goals.
Qualifications

Education and Credentials

  • Graduate of an accredited medical program
  • Board certification preferred
  • Active and unrestricted California license
  • DEA certification
  • FMCSA NRCME certification (training provided if needed)

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
  • Knowledge of occupational medicine requirements, OSHA, DOT regulations.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical systems.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and a positive environment.
