Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a full- or part-time Physician to join our respected organization in Plymouth, MA. You will serve as a primary care provider, conducting outpatient visits, managing patient communication, and coordinating safe transitions of care within a Patient Centered Care Model.

Qualifications

• Completed accredited physician residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board Certification/Board Eligible; ability to obtain MA licensure and DEA.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with patients and referrals for specialty care.
• Oversee safe transitions of care within the Patient Centered Care Model.
• Promote disease prevention and evidence-based medical practices.
