IVI-RMA in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Physician Liaison (Outside Sales Representative) to develop relationships with local physicians and promote IVI RMA fertility services. This field-based role requires travel across the Somerset, NJ territory approximately 4–5 days per week.

You will educate regional physicians about treatment options, grow the referral network, and coordinate physician-education marketing activities while maintaining Salesforce CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum sales experience preferred.
• Healthcare-related sales experience preferred.
• Ideal candidate resides near the assigned territory.
• Must have reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Routinely visits local physician community to educate and build referrals.
• Build relationships with OBGYN, PCP, Endocrinology, Urology staff to update on procedures.
• Advocate to enhance physician communications and patient needs understanding.
• Operate as Operations Liaison to referring MD offices.

• Manage booth presence at local events and conferences.
• Refresh print collateral and monitor industry research.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Regional Sales Director, the Physician Liaison (Outside Sales Representative) will develop and implement tactics within the strategic marketing plan targeted toward physician relationship development in order to increase referral activity and support organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing new physician relationships, promoting IVI RMA programs, reviewing and analyzing market data, and supporting business development efforts throughout the Somerset, NJ territory. This field-based role requires travel throughout the assigned territory approximately 4–5 days per week.

As a Physician Liaison, you will have the opportunity to work independently, using your sales expertise to educate regional physicians and practices about IVI RMA’s fertility treatment services and grow the referral network.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Routinely visits with local physician community (in-person and virtual) to educate clinical staff and build/maintain relationships and referrals to IVI RMA
• Builds relationships with OBGYN, PCP, Endocrinology, Urology and Oncology providers and office staff to update them on procedures, new technologies and ease referral process
• Acts as an advocate to enhance communications with physicians and increase understanding of patient needs
• Acts as Operations Liaison to referring MD offices
• Regularly logs visit information in Salesforce CRM
• Coordinates all physician-education marketing activities
• Manages booth presence at various events/conferences throughout local market
• Reexamines print collateral; suggests new ways to enhance communication with clients
• Stays up-to-date on research in the field and monitors competitor activity

Job Requirements and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and upbeat, professional demeanor
• 2 years minimum sales experience preferred
• Healthcare-related sales experience preferred (but not mandatory)
• Ideal candidate will reside in reasonable proximity to assigned territory
• Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Must be flexible with driving/covering large territory
• College education required
• Experience with customer relationship management software a plus (but not required)
