Description

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is looking for a Physician Liaison to strengthen our relationships with referring providers and support front office operations as needed. What Does Your Role Look Like?

1. Connect and Support: Regularly check in with clinic directors to understand their needs, organize appreciation efforts like lunches, barbecues, gifts, and activities to promote our services and foster relationships.
2. Drive Clinic Growth: Support referral volume through outreach, relationship-building, and tracking. Manage relationships with physicians, attorneys, and other medical professionals. Hold clinic directors accountable to referral strategies and analyze referral data to create strategic plans.
3. Manage Your Day: Self-manage your schedule to fulfill responsibilities and maintain a presence inside and outside the clinic. Coordinate with internal teams for promotional materials and attend relevant meetings.

Compensation: $15/hr - $18/hr. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits.

Requirements
