Job summary

American Health Network, an OptumCare partner, seeks a Family Medicine physician in Indiana to join a physician-led, patient-centered team in a value-based care setting. You will provide care across the continuum and collaborate with a robust specialist team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Open to BC/BE Internal Medicine physicians with a full-time schedule (4 or 4.5 days). A supportive culture emphasizes work-life balance within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Indiana medical license or in process.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across the continuum within a value-based care model.
• Collaborate with a robust team of specialists in a physician-led environment.
• Perform procedures such as simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUDs, etc.

Education

Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine

Unrestricted Indiana medical license (or in process)

Active DEA license or eligibility
