We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our established and growing outpatient practice in the Jacksonville market.

Full-time, Monday–Friday
No hospital rounding or hospital call
Shared after‑hours telephone call approximately once every 4–6 weeks
Strong clinical and administrative support
Predictable schedule designed to support a healthy work‑life balance
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans focused on improving function and quality of life.
Perform a broad range of interventional pain procedures, including:
Medial branch blocks
Radiofrequency ablation
Peripheral nerve blocks
Evaluate and manage patients who may benefit from advanced therapies, including:
Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS)
Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)
Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems
Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, therapists, and other members of the care team.
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, expectations, and long‑term pain management strategies.
Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation in the electronic medical record.
Remain current with advances in interventional pain medicine and participate in continuing medical education.
MD or DO from an accredited medical school or foreign equivalent.
Completion of an accredited Pain Medicine fellowship.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine through:
Anesthesiology, or
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Florida.
Experience performing interventional pain procedures.
Experience with neuromodulation and implantable therapies preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
