Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to join our primary care practice atM Health Fairview Clinic - Woodwinds. This physician will examine, diagnose, and treat internal medicine patients for acute injuries, infections, and illnesses while managing chronic conditions and supporting preventative health. The role emphasizes collaboration, quality outcomes, and continuity of care.

Practice Details & Essential Functions

• 20 provider primary care practice with more than17 specialists onsite.
• Patientencountersaverage18-22 patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Call Frequency: 1:20 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage.
• Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE(Full Time) - Flexible schedule.

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week.
