Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a team-based care model in the San Jose area, with virtual inbasket support, collaborative specialists, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

Starting salary is $280,000–$315,000 with a $200,000 forgivable loan, signing bonuses, a residency stipend, relocation allowance, and guaranteed salary for two years plus a production bonus; PSLF eligible and generous benefits.

• Team based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs
