Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group in Fremont, CA is seeking an Internal Medicine physician for a physician-led, multi-specialty organization. You will work in a team-based care model with NPs and PAs supporting physicians, and offer remote video visits from home when appropriate.

• Virtual in basket support team
• Collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization

• Flexibility in schedule - 4 days a week for full time, part-time opportunities available, flexible patient visit duration

• Light physician call - all virtual, with calls screened through an RN, NP and PAs initially
