Job summary

Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ is seeking BC/BE academic hospitalists to join our Division of Hospital Medicine. You will care for patients, teach Internal Medicine residents and medical students, and contribute to scholarly activity within an elite academic medical center.

There is a potential 0.25 FTE leadership opportunity as Associate Program Director for Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and Scholarly Activity within the Internal Medicine Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine.
• Experience managing high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for academic work, including teaching, quality improvement, and innovation.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within healthcare.

Responsibilities
