This physician-led group offers dedicated staff, comprehensive support, relocation assistance, a $50,000 starting bonus, and a competitive benefits package including loan repayment options. You will focus on adult and geriatric care with a collaborative team and patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient adult primary care.
• Willingness to collaborate in a team environment.

Excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Primary Care physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Due to the growth we are experiencing, you have the opportunity to practice in the growing city of Sun City West, AZ.

A description of our clinics:

• Mon-Fri with limited call (shared call: phone call consult only)
• Dedicated admin time
• Medical Assistants, network of specialists, lab/imaging, and clinical support staff provided
• Clinical responsibilities to include an adult patient population, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest

We seek candidates who are:

• Interested in Adult or Geriatric patient populations as part of their panel
• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Board certified or eligible in Family Med, Internal Med or Geriatric Medicine

• Salary base plus incentives
