Job summary

Banner Health in Sun City West, AZ is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physician for outpatient care in a busy, physician-led system. The role emphasizes patient-centered adult and geriatric care with a focus on quality, wellness, and chronic disease management.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with limited call, MDT support, and a strong holistic benefits package including relocation assistance, a $50,000 starting bonus, CME, malpractice coverage, PSLF loan

Qualifications

• Adult or Geriatric patient populations within the panel.
• Team-based care approach with collaboration across support staff and specialists.
• Board certification or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Focus on outpatient care for adults with wellness and chronic disease management.
• Provide clinical duties in a physician-led setting with MA support and access to labs/imaging.
• Deliver patient-centered care and participate in a team with specialists and care coordinators.
• Possibility to perform procedures aligned with candidate interests.

• Mon-Fri with limited call (shared call: phone call consult only)
• Dedicated admin time
• Medical Assistants, network of specialists, lab/imaging, and clinical support staff provided
• Clinical responsibilities to include an adult patient population, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest

• Interested in Adult or Geriatric patient populations as part of their panel
• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Board certified or eligible in Family Med, Internal Med or Geriatric Medicine
