Banner Health in Fallon, Nevada, is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join an established primary care practice in a welcoming, small-town setting just an hour from Reno. This outpatient, 100% clinic position offers the stability and resources of a large health system and a collaborative, supportive team.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no inpatient coverage or on-call responsibilities, 1:1 Medical Assistant support, and opportunities for wellness and chronic disease

Clinical Autonomy: Manage wellness and chronic care disease management, with opportunities for specialized procedures according to your interests

Banner Healths Compensation Package Includes:

Recruitment incentives of $125,000+:

"$125,000 sign-on/relocation incentive when loan repayment is not needed

$60,000 sign-on/relocation incentive + up to $100,000 loan repayment

$1,500/month resident stipend during the final 12 months of training after signing the employment contract (up to $18,000 total)
