Qualifications

• CA medical license (unrestricted) or ability to obtain one.
• Board eligibility or certification in FM/IM (ABMS/AOA).
• Completed accredited residency program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a strong referral network and specialists.
• Work with supportive staff in a physician-led practice.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Details:

• Salary Guarantee: $275,000 - $300,000 / Year
• Uncapped Productivity Incentive
• Up to $20,000 Relocation Incentive
• Up to $15,000/year Quality Incentive
• PLUS Signing Incentive of either:
  • up to $125,000 Sign-On BonusOR
  • up to $85,000 Sign-On BonusAND up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment
• Group-paid medical and dental insurance option (including group contribution to HSA account) or "buy-up" plans available
• 8 weeks time off per year
• Company 401k matching program - 50% match of up to 6%
• Additional retirement contribution of up to 3-8% of salary (based on age range)
• CME Reimbursement, paid Malpractice, and reimbursement for licensure renewal fees

Job Requirements

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
