- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Nevada.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for rural community health.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient-only primary care with no inpatient duties.
- Monday–Friday schedule with limited on-call responsibilities.
- Establish and manage a patient panel within a community setting.
- Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams and maintain a strong clinical infrastructure.

Our client is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. - Base salary of $240,000 annually
- Employer-paid contribution to Nevada Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) – 36.75% of base salary
- Full vesting after 5 years
- Health insurance premium 100% covered for the employee
- Family/spouse/children coverage available with employee contribution
- $10,000 signing bonus with a 2-year commitment
- Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement with a 2-year commitment
- $10,000 housing stipend if purchasing a home in Pershing County (2-year commitment required)
- Eligible to participate in National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment program
- No state income tax in Nevada
- Outpatient-only primary care – no inpatient or hospital call
- Monday–Friday schedule, with limited phone-only call rotation
