Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND seeks an Internal Medicine physician to join a collegial team in a clinic-only setting. You will work alongside 4 Internal Medicine physicians and 5 nurse practitioners, supported by a robust nursing staff.

The position offers an excellent compensation package with paid malpractice insurance and is supported by hospitalists. Training required: IM Residency, with a 36-hour weekly clinic schedule and a patient load of 18–20 per day.

Qualifications

• Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Internal Medicine Residency completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based internal medicine care in a team setting.
• Collaborate with 9 full-time providers (4 physicians, 5 NPs) and support staff.
• Clinic-only practice with 36 contact hours per week.
• Manage patient load of 18–20 patients per day.

• Seeking one full-time Internal Medicine Physician to be a part of a dynamic team of Internal Medicine providers at Essentia Health in Fargo, ND

COMPTENSATION

• $323,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation.
