Job summary

Essentia Health – Fargo, ND is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join a dynamic team of providers at the South University Clinic. You will deliver clinic-based care in a supportive, collegial environment with a robust nursing and support staff.

The position features a 36 contact hours/week schedule, patient volume of 18-20 per day, and an excellent compensation package including paid malpractice insurance and comprehensive benefits. IM residency training is required.

• Seeking one full-time Internal Medicine Physician to be a part of a dynamic team of Internal Medicine providers at Essentia Health in Fargo, ND
• Currently working with 9 full-time providers: 4 Internal Medicine Physicians and 5 Nurse Practitioners
• Robust team of nursing and support staff
• Clinic-only practice: 36 contact hours/week
• Average practice volume per day: 18-20 patients/day
• Excellent compensation package with paid malpractice insurance
• Training required: IM Residency
• Supported by Hospitalists

COMPTENSATION

• $344,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
