The Role:

• Location: Medford, OR
• Assignment duration: 1/1/2027 - 1/2/2027
• Shift Type: 8am-5pm. Regular Hours: Required. Guaranteed hours per day: 8.
• In House Call: Weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call; on-site coverage included in hourly time. Weekday nights 5pm-8am on beeper; weekends billed at 24-hour call rate.
• Cases: Patient encounters per shift: 7-9
• OT: Applies after 9 hours per day.
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Will consider candidates willing to obtain OR license.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
