Essentia Health's Baxter/Baxter clinic in the Brainerd Lakes area is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to provide outpatient care within a multispecialty health system. The role offers strong support from dedicated nursing staff and a collaborative environment.

Join a tight-knit department of 9 IM physicians and 2 IM APPs, with a 4-day work week, EPIC EMR, and an optional hospital practice if desired. Outpatient only; 1:25 telephone call.

COMPENSATION

• $352,587. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
