Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a physician in Tampa, FL for a Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm schedule with no weekend clinical duties.

The role features phone-only calls every third week, a manageable patient census of 15–16 per day, and a base salary with a 10% incentive bonus opportunity. CompHealth supports licensing, interviews, and a streamlined hiring process.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking ability required; board-certified or board-eligible preferred.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and managed-care strongly preferred.
• Phone-only call required every 3rd week.
• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with no weekend clinical duties.
• Manageable patient census of 15-16 patients per day.
