Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Care for patients with chronic and complex conditions, including metabolic dysfunction, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune conditions, digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances, and other chronic health concerns.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic and laboratory testing to identify underlying contributors to illness.
• Integrate evidence-based conventional, functional, and integrative treatment approaches.
• Educate and empower patients to make sustainable lifestyle changes for long-term health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, clinical staff, nutritional support, IV services, and other wellness professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Current Michigan medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience or a strong interest in integrative and functional medicine
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care
• Interest in collaborative, relationship-based medicine
• Willingness to opt out of Medicare; guidance and support are provided
