Born Clinic in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician (MD/DO) for a full-time, in-office role. Join an integrative and functional medicine practice that emphasizes root-cause care and long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required with Michigan license or ability to obtain license.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Demonstrated clinical judgment and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Care for patients with chronic and complex conditions using integrative approaches.
• Utilize diagnostic testing to identify underlying contributors to illness.
• Educate and empower patients to maintain long-term health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely EHR documentation.
