Job description

Mercy Hospital Ardmore, located in southern Oklahoma, is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join our Hospitalist team.

Mercy Hospital Ardmore is a full-service tertiary hospital with 190 licensed beds, a staff of nearly 1,100, and almost 100 physicians.

This Position Offers:

• $100,000 incentive bonus!
• Integrated health system with competitive base salary, quarterly bonus, and incentives
• 7-on/7-off schedule (182 shifts a year) - great work/life balance with flexible schedules
  • Days: 7 AM - 7 PM
  • Nights: 7 PM - 7 AM
• Must be willing to rotate nights within the hospitalist group
• Work alongside board-certified physicians with a variety of specialty consults available
• Admit for most specialties
• Must be comfortable managing ICU patients (basic vent management, intubations, central line placement, etc.) - Our units are also monitored 24/7 by Mercy's Virtual Care Center
• This position qualifies for J-1 waiver (Conrad 30)
