Job description

Mercy Hospital Ardmore, located in southern Oklahoma, is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join our Hospitalist team. Mercy Hospital Ardmore is a full-service tertiary hospital with 190 licensed beds, a staff of nearly 1,100, and almost 100 physicians.

This Position Offers:

1. $100,000 incentive bonus!
2. Integrated health system with competitive base salary, quarterly bonus, and incentives
3. 7-on/7-off schedule (182 shifts a year) for a great work/life balance with flexible schedules:
   • Days: 7 AM - 7 PM
   • Nights: 7 PM - 7 AM
4. Must be willing to rotate nights within the hospitalist group
5. Work alongside board-certified physicians with a variety of specialty consults available
6. Admit for most specialties
7. Must be comfortable managing ICU patients (basic vent management, intubations, central line placement, etc.) - units monitored 24/7 by Mercy's Virtual Care Center
8. This position qualifies for J-1 waiver (Conrad 30)
