Job summary

CompHealth is assisting in placing hospitalists in Wisconsin with a hospital-employed position and a collaborative team. Shifts are 7 on/7 off, 160 shifts annually, 8-15 patients per shift, open ICU with no procedures required, and flexible coverage including night shifts as needed.

Current openings welcome IM or FM physicians with hospitalist experience. We offer salary negotiation support, license coordination, and dedicated recruiters to match your career preferences.

Responsibilities

• Block schedule of 160 shifts annually -- 22 fewer shifts than the standard
• Flexible 7-on 7-off schedule averaging 13.3 shifts per month
• Day shifts 7 am - 7 pm with option to cover night shifts as needed
• Hospital-employed position with a well-established, collaborative team
• Average 8 - 15 patients per hospitalist during the shift
• Open ICU with support and no procedures required
• Open to IM or FM physicians with current hospitalist experience
• Southern Wisconsin community is 30 minutes from Madison and 60 minutes from Milwaukee
