Job summary

CompHealth is assisting you in pursuing a hospital medicine leadership role in Tennessee. The position features a 7-on, 7-off block schedule with day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm and some night coverage. You will lead a close-knit team of 6 physicians and 1 APP, with an Open ICU and Intensivist support available.

The community is located 90 minutes from Memphis and 3 hours to Nashville. The role requires board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice with hospital medicine leadership

Qualifications

• Board-certified IM or FP with hospital medicine leadership experience required.
• Open ICU experience required; some Intensivist support available.
• Lead a close-knit team of 6 physicians and 1 APP.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital medicine service on a 7-on, 7-off block schedule.
• Oversee daily operations and patient census (12–15 per hospitalist).
• Coordinate with ICU and Intensivist support as needed.
