Job summary

GQR Healthcare is seeking a Hospitalist for a nonprofit community hospital in Wisconsin. 14 twelve-hour shifts per month, 7am-7pm, with APPs covering nights.

Strong nursing and ancillary support, 24/7 diagnostic and laboratory services, and telemedicine resources support patient care. The role requires Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics, Wisconsin license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.
• Wisconsin medical license or eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing in a community hospital setting with remote specialty support.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient care for adult and general pediatric patients including eICU.
• Average daily census of approximately 11 patients.
• Provide coverage across 14 twelve-hour shifts per month, 7am-7pm (APPs cover 7pm-7am).
• Shared weekend and holiday rotation.

• Up to $397,000/year + benefits, W2, based on experience and contract fulfillment

This is a locally controlled, nonprofit community hospital offering Hospitalists the opportunity to practice broad-spectrum medicine in a collaborative environment.
