Responsibilities

• Flexible rounding hours with a mandatory morning huddle around 9-10 am.
• Separate on-call team minimizes after-hours responsibilities.
• Coverage limited to one or two skilled nursing facilities per day.
• Manageable patient census of 16-18 patients per day.
• No procedures or independent ventilator management required.
• Opportunity to take on a Medical Director role as the practice grows.
• Physician-led group dedicated to quality post-acute care in Oregon.
