Job summary

ProMedica Monroe Physicians seeks a full-time Hospitalist to join our Hospitalist group at Monroe Regional Hospital in Monroe, MI. Day shifts are 7a–7p with a 7-on/7-off schedule, totaling about 40 hours per week, with sign-on bonus of up to $45,000.

We offer relocation assistance, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate is MD/DO with Michigan license, board eligible or certified, and current AHA certifications.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Valid license to practice medicine in Michigan.
• Board certification or eligibility in Hospital Medicine or equivalent.
• Current American Heart Association certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient hospitalist coverage at Monroe Regional Hospital.
• Collaborate with hospital teams, patients, and families to deliver evidence-based care.
• Participate in CME and ongoing clinical development.
