• Join a premier hospitalist organization running this program in eastern New Mexico.
• Established hospitalist team with a medical director and 6 full-time hospitalists.
• 7-on/7-off day block schedule from 7 am - 7 pm; nocturnists cover nights.
• Open ICU; no procedures required.
• Reasonable patient census for rounding, admissions, consults, and discharges.
• Open to IM or FM physicians available now or 2025 residents; J-1 visa sponsorship.
• Competitive salary plus incentives for earnings more than $350k; $50k sign-on; full benefits package.
• Community located near the Texas border; 90 minutes from Lubbock and 3.5 hours from Albuquerque.
