  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty.
  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to discuss sensitive topics compassionately.
  • Commitment to interdisciplinary team‑based care approach.
  • Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.

Position Overview

As a Hospice and Palliative Care Physician at Pallatus Healthcare, you will provide compassionate medical care to patients with life‑limiting illnesses. You’ll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized care plans for hospice patients
  • Manage complex pain and symptom control protocols with expertise in palliative medicine
